What is Centricity?
How does it work?
The Centricity App is ideal for transforming manual, decentralised or cross-Organisational processes into Web and Mobile Workflows.
The Web Application allows the author to group Workflows into functional containers. The author can start by creating Workflows, and the steps that define each process. These steps can include:
- FORMS – A flexible and dynamic way to configure how the user will see and capture information. A form can be created using:
Content Controls – Specific information a user will see when executing a step, i.e. Text, HTML, Video, Audio or an Image.
Evidence Controls – Defines the information that a user must provide or capture during the execution of a step. Evidence controls include: taking or uploading Photos, Videos, Audio, capturing Barcodes, Signatures, Address using GPS, Files, Text, Numbers, Boolean etc.
Transitions – These are actions at the end of a step, and can be configured to move to a different step, a different flow or indicate the end of a Workflow.
- NOTIFICATIONS – The author can configure Email and Push Notifications that contain information like JobId, Current assigned User, Scheduled Date and Time, and captured Evidence values.
- API CALLBACKS – Allowing integration into existing systems. Standard APIs also allow external systems to interact with Centricity.
All activity by both external and internal parties is automatically captured, recorded, geotagged, and collated into a central historical repository, providing a complete overview of every process touchpoint from start to finish, accessible at any time.
Self-authored workflow autonomy
Purpose built diagnostic and evidence collection workflows are self-authored, edited, published, versioned and defined by an organisation’s own business rules in a simple, code-free web portal, allowing ease of management of an org’s own requirements and business rules.
A social business platform
A social business component allows organisations to focus on their own core deliverables whilst leveraging the expertise of their strategic partners through shared workflows, processes
Workflows are initiated, carried out and completed electronically with every interaction recorded and logged as the job progresses. A complete history of each interaction with past, current and new jobs are available and accessible at all times.
Job dashboard and launchpad
The ability to see all scheduled, actionable, available, overdue and in-progress jobs at a glance, as well as being able to initiate and schedule specific jobs remotely from a personalised launchpad.
Available and Claimable jobs
Jobs are sent to a role pool of users, each with the same set of skills, experience and know-how. These users can claim available jobs as desired to suit their specific areas or address working schedules and lives.
